     Fake Bhutanese refugee scam: Warrant issued against former lawmaker Sherpa.   

Kathmandu, May 14 (RSS):
An arrest warrant has been issued against former lawmaker (Constituent Assembly member) Aangtawa Sherpa for his alleged involvement in scamming people promising their migration to the United States as the Bhutanese refugees.

The District Court Kathmandu has issued the warrant against Sherpa, according to the District Police Range Kathmandu. He is accused of fraud against various people and meeting with Sanu Bhandari, one of the main accused in the scam.
