KATHMANDU —People in the Kathmandu Valley can now get a copy of their citizenship certificate. They do not need to return to their home districts. The Ministry of Home Affairs arranged this service. It saves time and travel costs for people living in the Valley.
The District Administration Offices in Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur handle these requests. They divide the work based on provinces.
