Kathmandu: Nepal Bank Limited has launched a special housing loan scheme to celebrate its 90th anniversary. Specifically, the institution introduced the ‘Nepal Bank Limited Affordable Housing Loan Scheme.’ This limited-time offer will run for 90 days.
Under this scheme, customers can secure loans for various property needs. Options include purchasing or constructing a house, carrying out repairs, or buying an apartment. According to the bank, the interest rate features a low 0.5 percent premium added to the base rate. Furthermore, the maximum loan tenure extends up to 25 years. Meanwhile, the service charge remains at just 0.25 percent.
Exclusive Perks and Lock-In Period
Borrowers under this scheme receive several attractive additional benefits. Most notably, qualifying customers get a lifetime free credit card with a limit of up to 500,000 rupees. Additionally, the bank offers a 50 percent discount on the annual fee for safety locker facilities.
Consequently, the bank announced that this promotional scheme will run from Kartik 15 to Magh 15, 2083. Therefore, customers can note that Nepal Bank officially enters its 90th year on Kartik 30.
