KATHMANDU — Him Parbat Hydropower Limited opened its Initial Public Offering (IPO) today. The company is issuing shares for residents in project-affected areas and for Nepalis working abroad.
The company received approval to issue 5,915,000 shares. This total equals 35 percent of its issued capital of Rs 1.69 billion.
